Weleda Arnica Massage Balm is a traditional herbal product to help with the relief of muscular pain, rheumatic pain, stiffness, backache, fibrositis, bruising, cramp, sprains and minor sports injuries.
Arnica is well know for soothing aches and pains but cannot be used on broken skin. Arnica promotes the healing of damaged tissue and speeds up the repair mechanism.

How to use Weleda Massage Balm:
For Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years.
Shake the bottle.
Apply sparingly to the affected area with gently massage three to four times daily.
For maximum effect apply after a warm bath or shower while the skin is still damp.
